A private home-automation project.
connected_home is a personal software project that automates one household. It connects to the owner's own smart-home accounts — a Nest thermostat, Ring cameras, a Hydrawise irrigation controller, a water softener, and a pellet grill — and coordinates them.
It is not a product. There is nothing to sign up for, nothing to buy, and no other users. It runs on the owner's own AWS account and serves exactly one household.
Google requires an application home page, a privacy policy, and terms of service before an OAuth application may be published. These pages meet that requirement honestly.
